FUTURE READY Project serving Tonasket and Oroville School Districts
Oroville Middle School/High School Site Director (.9 FTE)
PAY RANGE: 35,000 – 55,000 (.9 Full year contract)

Two Site Directors (.9 FTE each) Oroville Elementary and Middle and High School will be hired to manage 
responsibilities for the FUTURE READY Project. A lead tutor is hired to provide administrative support for this position. The project is funded from September 1, 2017 to be completed August 31, 2022, assuming ongoing Congressional funding). The separate responsibilities are listed by position below:

As Site Coordinator this person would have the following responsibilities:

1) design and oversee appropriate programming for middle and high school students for remediation, enrichment and credit retrieval

2) recruit, hire and train tutors and support staff as needed to provide program oversight,

3)develop and provide quality training and programming for tutors and support staff,

4) establish communications with building teachers and administrators including the principal, counselor, and data personnel,

5) collect student data on student outcomes,

6) participate in training as required by grant personnel which could include district, OSPI and/or NLA as project manager and fiscal agent,

7) support all other activities required by OSPI to include program quality assessment activities,

8) engage and support project partners, and

9) provide other support as needed to ensure smooth running of the program. The Site Coordinator will engage with the project partners (school district and community partners) as appropriate to bring in remediation program and enrichment activities appropriate to the skills, grade level and needs of students at his/her assigned sites. The site coordinator will provide support to key program components, including tutor training and supervision, community service, and career exploration among other duties as assigned.
